Martin Deramecourt

Independent AI Consultant, product and UX-led

Independent AI consultant and former Senior Product Manager (Miralia, 10+ years in product and UX), working at the intersection of UX, product, and business challenges, specialized in designing artificial intelligence solutions applied to concrete business problems, particularly in customer service.

At Miralia (formerly Golem.ai), I worked on AI products with high adoption stakes. This experience confronted me with a key reality: building AI for AI’s sake has no value. Not all approaches are equal; impact comes from choosing the right technology for the right use case, in service of users and business teams.

It’s at this junction — user experience, business needs, and AI technical constraints — that I create the most value. I work end-to-end: problem framing, use case definition, UX design, product prioritization, and delivery, in close collaboration with tech and design teams. I place particular importance on clarity, explainability, and real solution adoption.

In August 2025, I left my position to move to Bordeaux, take a step back, and reflect on the next phase of my career. This time allowed me to refine my positioning and confirm a strong conviction: a good AI product isn’t the most sophisticated one, but the one that truly solves a problem.

What I bring:

—

Framing complex problems and translating them into concrete use cases

—

End-to-end user experience design

—

Data-driven product management and close collaboration with tech & design

—

Strong focus on utility, clarity, and product adoption
